| Description | There is no live audio sometimes when I connect/disconnect the Smartphone repeatedly. Precondition #1 : audio output is set as "External Device(외부기기)" #2 : press the front BT button and connect with Smartphone Test step #1 : Change the channel to 990 #2 : Connect the STB(UA300_xxxx) in the BT menu of your Smartphone #3 : You can hear the connecting sound from STB and can hear the live audio soon #4 : Disconnect the STB(UA300_xxxx) in the BT menu of your Smartphone Please repeat the step 2~4, sometimes there is no audio after step 2. You don't need to play any music from Smartphone, it's enough repeating connect/disconnect with STB. If you have any problem to reproduce this issue, please let me know. Thank you . Hi Sangmin, I find that when the issue occurs, M/W will set BTV audio volume to "0": => skb/framework/btf/btvservice/libs/libbtvmediavolumecontrol.so log: 06-20 15:31:07.913 audioserver(422) 654 I APM_AudioPolicyManager: setStreamVolumeIndex: set_btv_media_volume stream : 3 volume_index : 0 gain : -758.000000 => skb/framework/btf/btvservice/libs/libbtvhalmgr.so log: 06-20 15:31:07.918 com.skb.btvsochalservice@1.0-service(440) 3754 D halMediaPlayer: BTF|AVP_SetMediaAudioVolume|1020|IN| player=0, volume=0 gain=-758.000000 Please let them check it.
